Social and Emotional Learning

Through Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), students gain the knowledge, skills, and insights that will help them to understand and manage their emotions, as well as the key practical skills to translate this insight into their daily lives. In addition to emotional management, SEL teaches positive goal-setting and achievement; empathy and positive relationship skills; resistance to bullying and appreciation of diversity; and responsible decision-making. The following titles are designed to help teach and reinforce these vital lessons.
